 \, la fascinante série de photographies Sous-vêtements et Armure de l'ar
 tiste new yorkaise Tanya Marcuse (née 1964)\, réalisée en 2002-3 avec l
 e soutien d'une bourse du Guggenheim.\n\nStructurée comme une typologie c
 lassique\, la série se décline en tirages pigmentaires à la fois préci
 s et sensuels. La série complète fut initialement exposée en Irlande du
  Nord à la galerie Belfast Exposed\, puis à l'ICP de New York dans le ca
 dre du triennale Dress Codes ainsi qu'au Museum of the Fashion Institute o
 f Technology (New York)\, dans l'exposition Love and War. L'éditeur Nazra
 eli a publié la série dans un coffret de 3 tomes accompagné d'un essai 
 de Valerie Steele\, chief curator et acting director du Museum at the Fash
